TechShare is a pre-IPO (Initial Public Offering) program launched by Euronext in 2015, which helps entrepreneurs become familiar with the capital markets.
Euronext, financing small and medium-sized enterprises
Euronext is the leading pan-European stock exchange in the eurozone with approximately 1,300 listed issuers with a total market capitalization of €3.4 trillion.
Euronext is also the largest listing venue for technology companies in Europe with 423 Tech issuers.
To facilitate access to capital for rapidly growing small and medium-sized enterprises, Euronext Growth is a tailored market segment with asset managers and retail investors providing liquidity to small and medium-sized companies.
With 23 new Tech listings in 2018, Euronext is the most dynamic exchange in Europe for Tech companies. Euronext offers the most diverse and international investor base, with over 1,500 institutional investors in the Tech sector, one-third of whom are from the United States.
The TechShare program
Since its launch in 2015, the TechShare program has successfully trained over 280 technology companies.
This educational program is currently available for technology companies in eight countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.
TechShare is also a networking enabler, connecting technology entrepreneurs and market professionals throughout the year.
The program is free for selected companies.
How the program unfolds
TechShare offers three different knowledge-sharing modules: academic campuses, technical sessions, and individual coaching.
The content is provided by committed partners from the financial sector: investment banks, auditors, lawyers, financial communication experts, and investor relations professionals.
From September 2019 to April 2020, participants will attend European events, local group sessions, as well as individual courses to benefit from personalized advice.
Academic campuses
Twice a year in September and March, academic seminars are organized with prestigious European business schools to encourage networking between partners and participants, as well as to interact through breakout sessions, plenary keynotes, and discussions with entrepreneurs.
Technical sessions
From October to April, regularly scheduled interactive courses are held locally by various partners to educate participants on capital markets. Topics include subjects such as why go public, the IPO process, legal perspective, valuation strategy, financial communication, how to attract investors, and life as a public company.
Individual coaching
Throughout the year (from October to April), all participants receive individual training and tailored coaching from dedicated professionals: auditors, lawyers, financial communication experts. These individual coaching sessions with partners represent a unique opportunity for companies to receive personalized advice.

This year, GONDOLA has also been selected among the 12 Swiss companies to participate in this program.
Already on September 21st, we will be in Rotterdam for the first Academic Campus.
